1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-5 business days after order confirmation. In peak periods please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch. After that, it takes on average 7-16 business days to be delivered in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arabic Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.

2. HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
All our products are subjected to a period of handling before being shipped.
99% of our orders leave the warehouse between 1 to 3 days after the order has been placed.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order gets shipped along with a tracking number.

     

    3. WHY IS MY TRACKING INFO NOT UPDATING?

    Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).

    When the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it by simply entering your tracking ID included in your shipping confirmation email into the official local post website. You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.
